Getting a Good Night’s Sleep in Perimenopause and Midlife

Women in midlife face many challenges to their physical and mental health. One of these challenges is getting “a good night’s sleep.” Targeting the causes of poor sleep will improve your patients’ energy levels and quality of life. In today’s society, quality sleep remains elusive. Astonishingly, between 70% and 80% of American women in peri- and postmenopause have sleep-disordered breathing, and more than 40% have insomnia.
